    Seomoktae bamboo salt miso made in the traditional way

    -It is a bamboo-salted miso made from Korean seomoktae (black beans, Seomoktae) that is boiled in a cast iron pot over a pine wood fire for over 6 hours, pounded, and then made into meju and soaked in the traditional way. It is a health food made from seomoktae, which is several times more nutritious than meju beans.
    -Bamboo brine is made from bamboo salt, and it is a miso made in the traditional way using domestic seomoktae as a raw material. I didn't use any additives other than meju, water, and bamboo salt.
    - It is miso that is aged directly in a jar and carefully soaked using conventional methods. Natural bedrock water and 9 bamboo salts were used.
    -When cooking various foods, add about 10% more than regular miso to taste. Keep out of direct sunlight and refrigerate.
